Meet The Terrible Puppet Company
Fergus, age 23, was diagnosed with a large brain tumour - a young musician who’d moved to London. Singing, writing and performing helped me through my brain injury as an adult - Brains On Toast evolved through this process. I've worked on projects for The National Portrait Gallery, Age Concern, Home Farm Trust, Soundart Radio and Stroud Theatre Festival, among others.
Rabbie, stunt bunny extraordinaire, arrived at our home when my son was very small. The rabbit's irascible bravado and humorous optimism is partly due to the invulnerability he acquired from Merlin (yes, that Merlin) in one of our games. His only fear is Diesel Ten from Thomas The Tank Engine.
Little Ted Guds, our assistant, has been with me for over fifty years and also appears in the DVD of Brains On Toast. Watch out for his dance in the Outro song.
