The Giant’s Head by Jane Morris
Thereby Hangs A Tale

"There was once a giant. The giant had green leaves for hair, stone for skin, and bark for armour. She was a kindly giant - most giants are - and the town adored her."

A Giant's Head lies in front of the library in the town of Calne in Wiltshire. Sometimes you see the townsfolk whisper in its ear. This is the story of how the giant's head came to be there.

The Giant’s Head by Jane Morris is presented by Thereby Hangs A Tale, in conjunction with the Monday Collective
