"Gifted performers, flawless and beautiful" are just a few of the things people have said about PIDGE over the years and now here we are. A little older, maybe wiser. Asking what time has to do with anything at all. And whether it's cake time yet?
Jess and Saf created PIDGE in 2011 after meeting at college and becoming friends. They wrote their first piece as two wide-eyed 19 year olds, trying to figure it all out and here they are, still friends and still trying to figure it out.
Over the last ten years - more than 10 years (how?) - they have written and performed 4 shows, toured fringes and taught workshops. They've been invited to some unexpected places; from performing 'Still or Sparkling?' at the Royal Geographical Annual International Conference, to singing songs about Hugh Fearnley Whittingstall in a pub in Penryn.
Now PIDGE returns to Fringe Theatrefest with their unique and intimate blend of storytelling and FUN.
How do you find time? Is time a list of things you've done, or a collection of mistold stories?
We can't wait to see you.
praise for PIDGE
Wow! So truthful and genuine. I felt so looked after! One of those pieces that reminds me why I love Theatre!
Fantastic, very well put together ... very funny!
What a lovely, lovely show - a simple concept done beautifully and with a great sense of play.
Imaginative, touching, funny - absolutely loved it!
