Moving On
Restless Successors

Moving On is a surround sound and projection installation featuring original composition, film and text. It takes the audience on a journey through the twists and turns of coming of age. From naivety, through discovery, to fear and eventually buoyancy, how do we find motivation, inspiration, and hope along the way?

Running in 20-minute loops. Drop in and stay as long as you like!

Restless Successors are a new theatre company founded by Writer and Dramaturg Natalia Riga and Composer and Sound Designer Peter Buffery. Through their theatre practise, they explore what it is to reflect, be present in our communities and act on the big issues our society faces.

Moving On is one of two debut projects they are bringing to TheatreFest 2024. You can also catch Fox & Sparrow opening in the Baptist Hall on the Friday.

Note from Nat and Pete: “We’re excited to finally bring some work of our own to the festival after years of participating in other capacities. We’ll be volunteering across the festival – please come and find us if you’d like to chat! We’ll most likely be at St Anne’s.”
