Zoinks! The Spooky Folklore of Scooby-Doo
The Folklore Podcast

Barnstaple Fringe TheatreFest plays host to the world premiere of Zoinks! The Spooky Folklore of Scooby-Doo. Based on a unique and groundbreaking book of the same name, written with the input of many of the shows creators and writers, Zoinks! is a fascinating and fun look inside the Scooby-Doo universe, showing both how the show has represented the real-world monsters of world cultures and also how it has influenced our own pop culture.

Zoinks! is written and performed by Mark Norman, a popular and respected UK folklorist and author who is best known as the creator and host of The Folklore Podcast, which has been running since 2015 and is now ranked in the top 0.5% of shows worldwide with almost two million downloads behind it.

After leaving Barnstaple, Zoinks will be heading for other performances over the UK and in the US, but you'll be able to say you saw it first at Barnstaple Fringe.
